Cancellation Policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will forfeit their deposit.
Weather Conditions:
- Tour Cancellations: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, Salty Cabo reserves the right to cancel the tour for safety reasons. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded, and we will also try to reschedule the tour if possible.
Guest Responsibility:
- Guests are expected to arrive on time and are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Liability Waiver:
- All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the tour.
