Terms and Conditions for Birdwatching Tour in San Jose del Cabo

1. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the tour will receive a full refund.
2. No-Show Policy
   • Guests who do not show up for the tour will not receive a refund.
3. Weather Conditions
   • In case of bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule the tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
4. Minimum Participants
   • A minimum of 2 guests is required to run the tour. If this minimum is not met, we will try to reschedule or offer a full refund.
