• Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Excursion:
  You will receive a full refund of your payment. To initiate the cancellation, please contact us via email or phone.
• Cancellations Made Between 6 and 3 Days Before the Excursion:
  You will receive a 50% refund of your payment. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us through our contact information.
• Cancellations Made 2 Days or Less Before the Excursion:
  Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable. We recommend contacting us to discuss potential alternatives or rescheduling options.
• Weather-Related Cancellations:
  Your safety is our top priority! If we must cancel your Cabo Gray Whale Watching tour in Puerto Chale due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
• Minimum Guest Requirement:
  For group tours to proceed, a minimum of 4 paying guests is required. If we do not meet this minimum, we will work to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
