Terms and Conditions for Cabo to La Ventana Ray Snorkeling
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, the full amount will be retained, and no refund will be provided.
- Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we will either reschedule your tour for another date or issue a full refund.
Minimum Guest Requirement
- Our shared tours require a minimum of 4 guests to operate. If this number is not met, we will attempt to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.
Health and Safety
- Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by our expert guides. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety instructions.
Liability Waiver
- By participating in the Cabo to La Ventana Ray Snorkeling Tour, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in water activities and agree to waive any liability against the tour operator for accidents or injuries that may occur during the tour.
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes prior to their tour date.
