Terms and Conditions for Sea Lion Snorkeling Tour
1. Reservation and Payment:
- To secure your spot on the Sea Lion Snorkeling Tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
- If we need to cancel the tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
3. Health and Safety:
- Participants should be in good health. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour, please consult a physician before booking.
- A weight limit of 250 lbs per participant is enforced for safety and boat stability.
4. Alcohol Policy:
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted before snorkeling activities.
5. Liability Waiver:
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in the tour. This waiver releases our company from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the tour.
6. Participant Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the marine environment and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
7. Equipment:
- All snorkeling equipment is provided at no additional cost. Participants are responsible for the care of the equipment during the tour.
8. Motion Sickness:
- If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend bringing appropriate medication with you on the tour.
9. Transportation:
- Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off from designated locations in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are included in the tour package.
10. Amendments:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests prior to their tour date.
